WEAVING

All the things from yarn preparation to weaving preparation, from weaving to quality control, are made in our own weaving department of our factory.
We follow our productions via SAP and Prorini systems, we make our patterns via Ned Graphics. Our whole production has OEKO-TEX standards and we have ISO 9001 certificate.
In our modern and rich manufacturing facility, we produce maximum 140 cm width. From upholstery fabrics to drapery fabrics, trevira cs consisted natural and different synthetic yarns, and different kinds of upholstery fabrics, we produce with 1000 different warp, and approximately 200 ton yarn stock. All fabrics are checked in each meters, packed carefully and elaborately, and prepared for shipping.
We produce our products with 20 Dornier weaving loom and Staubli jacquards in our factory.
